If you request the Oakland office to research the name for you, there is a $25.00 research fee per name, which includes a five (5) year search.

You may pay by check (personal, company, bank, or cashiers), money order, traveler’s checks.
Out of country payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
Credit cards are not accepted for mail orders.

Mail requests should be accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ensure a prompt response to your request.
