Please note some reports use the term Code Area rather than Tax Rate Area (TRA).

CLASS / TAX RATE AREA

The Class number used in these reports contain an alpha character, used internally, and the districts’ 4-digit fund number. Most districts have multiple class numbers. For purposes of preparing special assessments, class numbers beginning with Z should be used. In the absence of a Z class, use the B class. Classes beginning with A should not be used.

Sorted by Class, lists all TRAs in each Class.

TXA-03 Classes in a TRA
Sorted by TRA, lists all classes in each TRA.

ASSESSED VALUE

TXA-404 ASSESSED VALUATIONS
Property assessed values split by land, improvements, etc. and totaled by roll type within city and unincorporated area.

51-202 NET TOTALS BY VALUE/FUND
Property assessed values split by land, improvements, etc. and totaled by fund/roll type.

TAX RATE

51-427 COMPOSITE TAX RATES
All TRAs within each primary TRA, with associated composite tax rate.

2022/23 TAX RATE BOOK
Provides tax rate information for all tax rate areas within the County.

Class number to class description reference for report TXA-21.

TXA-21 AB8 DATA BY CLASS-TRA RELATIONSHIPS
Revenue, increment, and allocation factor of each class within a TRA, listed by TRA. These percentages do not include adjustments for the Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund (ERAF).

ERAF CONTRIBUTION PERCENTAGES
